We invite residents of Mikolow to participate in the competition “Garden, balcony, pot – I care about the climate”! Attractive prizes are waiting!

The task of Participants is to introduce blue-green infrastructure solutions in the home garden, balcony or other space at the disposal of the Participant. Catalog of proposed solutions:

✔️ surface retention tanks,
✔️ hydrophytic ponds,
✔️ rainwater storage systems,
✔️ rain gardens,
✔️ plant passages, flower meadows, pollinator modules,
✔️ green roofs or green walls,
✔️ retention and drainage systems,
✔️ nano-gardens (e.g., box gardens),
✔️ fountains,
✔️ composters.

✅ Each Participant may submit a maximum of one solution or one solution system.

✅ Each Participant can take advantage of consultations with experts at the Blue-Green City Meetings to analyze conditions and solution options. Details of the meetings will be published HERE. Scheduled dates for the first meetings are June 7, 14, 21 this year.
