Planty Park has gained new plants, much-needed shrubs and perennials. As a result of planting shrubs, we gain protection from wind and dust, and help animals by creating places of shelter and a source of food.

More than a dozen species have been planted, including rhododendrons, roses, azaleas, dogwoods, kalinas and buckthorn.
