We invite students in grades VII-VIII from Mikolow elementary schools to participate in the “Creatively for the Climate” contest! Attractive prizes are waiting!

The task of students to create a creative work on the subject of the consequences of climate change felt in the city and the possibility of adapting to them. The technique is free!

The works, together with an application card, should be delivered to the address of the Silesian Botanical Garden in Mikołów 5 Sosnowa St., 43-190 Mikołów; the deadline for delivery of works is May 31, 2023.

The purpose of the contest is:

- learning concepts related to weather, climate, climate change;
- to deepen the ability to search and filter news about climate;
- applying the acquired knowledge in practice;
- building and developing pro-environmental attitudes;
- developing the ability to observe and analyze nature.
