The space was originally used primarily by residents of the surrounding developments. The first works consisted of demolition of the existing aggregate pavement layers and demolition of the existing concrete slab pavement, as well as cleanup work. Four zones were separated in the park:

  • entrance zones, where special attention was paid to leveling communication barriers;
  • a recreational zone including a wooden pavement, where small architectural elements were placed;
  • the low green zone is a meadow, enriched with a new communication system, new trees (including broad-leaved lindens, field maples, hazel, cherry and rowan trees) and a set of small architecture.
  • Communication zones connecting the other zones.

The area is illuminated and monitored.
